Porsche is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the 911 GT3, first launched in 1999 with the 996 generation, by introducing updated 992.2 facelift versions of both the GT3 Touring and the 911 GT3.

Both versions of the Porsche 911 GT3 feature improved aerodynamics with a new rear spoiler lip, redesigned front diffuser, and modified underbody fins. The 992.2 updates include new headlights that enhance the look and combine all lighting functions, creating space for larger front air intakes.
At the rear, major changes include updates to the lid, diffuser, and air inlets. The non-touring model stands out with its prominent rear wing featuring angled side plates.

The Porsche 911 GT3’s flat-six engine continues to deliver 510 hp and 450 Nm of torque, revving up to 9,000 rpm. It offers a choice between a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic or a 6-speed manual transmission. The manual accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 3.9 seconds, while the automatic does it in 3.4 seconds. Both transmissions feature a final drive that's 8 percent shorter.
The improved dampers provide better control over bumps, and the enhanced anti-dive system reduces forward pitching during braking.

The updated 911 GT3 Touring is designed for a more road-friendly experience. It offers optional rear seats, front seats with carbon fiber and a folding backrest for easy access, and two-seater models come with 18-way adjustable sports seats. Other updates include a larger front air intake, new Matrix LED headlights, and improved aero features for better downforce.

Buyers interested in the 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 in the UAE can begin placing their orders later this year.
The updated Porsche 911 GT3 and GT3 Touring celebrate 25 years of performance excellence with enhanced aerodynamics, improved features, and the same powerful engine. These updates offer a blend of track-ready capability and road-focused comfort, making them ideal for Porsche enthusiasts. Prospective buyers in the UAE can look forward to placing orders later this year.
