
Zeeker 7X has been officially launched in the UAE, bringing cutting-edge technology, performance, and luxury features, all with an electric powertrain setup. This mid-size electric SUV is claimed to deliver up to 615 km of driving range and support ultra-fast charging, making it a reliable vehicle for long-distance journeys. It gets a futuristic design and a premium finish, making it a good option for those who require a premium EV in the region.

Zeekr has designed this newly launched electric SUV in Gothenburg, and it is based on advanced Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA), providing long range, fast charging, advanced safety, and premium comfort. Importantly, the model has been launched with a competitive price tag, making it possible for rivals to the models from already established models like the Tesla Model Y and Mercedes EQ lineups.
Zeekr 7X electric SUV is claimed to deliver up to 615 km of WLTP range on a single charge, and it takes only 13 minutes to get charged from 10% to 80% with 800V charging technology. It offers luxurious cabin space with Nappa leather, massage seats, and a panoramic sunroof. There is also a cutting-edge ADAS safety suite with LiDAR technology and 7 airbags. What makes this new electric car in the UAE even more special is its pricing, which has been set at AED 169,900.

In Zeekr 7x, the China-based premium electric vehicle manufacturer has used its “Stargate” design philosophy, keeping its exterior profile minimalist as well as futuristic at the same time. From the outside, it features a sleek shape, an integrated clamshell hood, and a floating roofline. While many SUVs in the UAE focus on a rugged modern look, the 7X electric SUV blends elegance with aerodynamic lines.

For features, it packs a closed front grille with a slim LED headlight setup, frameless automatic rear doors with one-touch opening, and a facial recognition sensor for smart entry. The vehicle measures 4.8 meters in length and 2.9 meters in wheelbase for a spacious interior. With such a longer wheelbase profile and overall vehicle length, it provides over 36 storage spaces for the occupants and up to 616 liters of boot space. There is also a lounge-like second row with reclining seats arranged and several premium touches like 11-zone ambient lighting and seamless glass panels.
The model has been designed specifically for urban car drivers, requiring a blend of comfort features and family-friendly performance. Zeekr has offered RWD versions for more family-focused buyers as well as an AWD version for sporty electric car enthusiasts.
While the RWD Standard variant offers up to 480 km of range on a single charge and comes mated with a single electric motor, the RWD Long Range offers up to 615 km of range and comes with a larger battery pack. The performance drivern Zeekr 7x AWD Performance offers 543 km of range, produces 646 horsepower, and accelerates 0-100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds. Depending upon the variant, there is a 75kWh “Golden Battery” or a 103kWh Kirin battery pack option available. The vehicle also has vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality to power devices of up to 6kW.
Zeekr has provided a new Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 chip built on a 5nm process for its cutting-edge infotainment system, providing high-speed connectivity and responsive user interactions.

The 3.5K Mini-LED infotainment screen measures 16 inches, and the dashboard also packs a 13.5-inch fully digital driver cluster for vehicle information. Depending upon the variant, there is an optional 36.2-inch AR head-up display configuration available. Additional features like the 21-speaker Zeekr Sound Pro system with Dolby Atmos also come as standard in the brand’s all-new 7X SUV. To keep the software experience up to date, there is over-the-air (OTA) update support. Zeekr 7X has already scored a 5-star rating in the Euro NCAP safety test and comes mated with Zeekr Intelligent Driving 2.0 ADAS suite, comprising LiDAR, high-resolution camera, and enhanced driver assistance features.
In the UAE, the Zeekr 7x RWD Standard has been priced at AED 169,900, whereas the 7X RWD Long Range and 7X AWD Performance are available at AED 189,900 and AED 209,900.
