Volkswagen Middle East is preparing itself to regain its position in the region’s sedan segment with the debut of two iconic nameplates, including the all-new Volkswagen Passat and the all-new Volkswagen Jetta. Both Volkswagen sedan models have a long history in the Middle East market and have often been appreciated for their value for money, practicality, design, and solid German engineering. The relaunch of these models signifies the brand’s focus on extending its sedan lineup across the Middle East market with some major enhancements to meet modern customer expectations.

The all-new Volkswagen Passat is now the longest and most spacious version of this iconic nameplate ever built by the brand. It has been reimagined with the focus on offering better comfort and engine refinement. The new Passat features class-leading rear seats that ensure proper ventilation, massage, and reclining function, which is often missed in the category in which it is offered.

Key features offered in this Volkswagen sedan are Matrix LED headlight, 15-inch infotainment system, and the brand’s latest driver assistant and safety features. The automaker is also aiming to position this version as a business-class sedan with some premium touches and everyday practicality.

Jetta is also making its debut in the Middle East with its boldest form. The new version is going to be the largest Jetta to date, featuring the longest wheelbase in its class for added interior space and versatility.
While it gets added length and legroom for second row passengers, it retains its character as the more compact and agile sibling of the Passat. Standard features offered in the new Jetta include digital displays, seamless door handles, panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, and adaptive cruise control.
Moreover, the all-new Volkswagen Passat will get the price tag of $29,700 (approx AED 109,000), whereas the Jetta sedan will cost $24,900 (approx AED 91,000), making both models competitively priced options in the sedan segment. For availability, the official launch of these models will take place in November this year, while the UAE launch will be announced thereafter.
