Skoda's flagship model, the Octavia, has been a top seller for the brand since its launch in 1996, boasting approximately 7 million sales worldwide. Now in its fourth generation, the Octavia is set for a refresh.

Skoda has unveiled several design sketches of the upcoming 2024 Octavia, slated for its global debut on February 14. The company confirms that the lineup will include both the top-tier vRS and Sportline variants.
The sketches of the new Octavia facelift showcase updates to its front grille, bumpers, and headlights. While details about the interior redesign are yet to be disclosed, it's anticipated to include refreshed upholstery, an updated center console and dashboard, and a larger touchscreen infotainment system.
Details regarding the powertrain options for the Octavia facelift have not been officially confirmed. However, it is anticipated to include various options such as turbo petrol, mild-hybrid, turbo diesel, and plug-in hybrid configurations, aligning with the options available for other models in the Skoda lineup.

Skoda plans to introduce an electric variant of the Octavia later this decade, equipped with an enhanced 89kWh battery pack offering a WLTP range of 595 km and supporting up to 200kW charging rate. As for the launch of the Octavia facelift in the UAE, Skoda has not provided any details at the moment. Currently, there are eight Skoda models available in the region, with the Skoda Scala being the most affordable option, starting at AED 73,000.
