Exotic car brands like Bentley, Bugatti, Aston Martin, and Porsche are finding their way into affluent residential areas. These are five skyscrapers and homes created by automakers.
In Dubai, Bugatti unveiled its first residential project last month. The tower represents the luxury car brands' latest venture into the real estate market; they are currently building some opulent homes and apartments.
Custom garages and car elevators are just two of the residential buildings' car-centric features that put the owners' prized automobiles front and center.
Five residential projects created by high-end automobile manufacturers:
The German automaker Porsche and Dezer Development collaborated to build Porsche Design Tower Miami, the company's first residential real estate project, which debuted in 2017.
In addition to automated car elevators that let residents drive their cars into their apartments, the 60-story skyscraper has a vehicle concierge that provides routine auto maintenance, including tire changes and washing.
Today, Porsche is a hotel and office building in Stuttgart called Porsche Design Tower Stuttgart.
As the first branded residential project for the automobile company,Bentley and Sieger Suarez Architectscollaborated with Dezer Development to design a skyscraper. The Volkswagen Group owns both the building and the Porsche Design Tower Miami, which will be situated practically next door to it in Miami Beach.
The 61-story skyscraper, which is anticipated to be finished in 2026, will have a car elevator that will transport residents' vehicles from the ground floor to their apartments.
The French luxury automobile manufacturer Bugatti recently revealed the plans for its first residential real estate project: a curving, 42-story skyscraper in Dubai that will house 11 penthouses with curved balconies in addition to 171 apartments.
The residential tower, which was built in collaboration with neighborhood developer Binghatti, will feature two garage-to-penthouse car lifts that resemble Bentley Residences and will enable residents to drive their cars right into their apartments.
Sylvan Rock is a black cedar home in the Hudson Valley, New York, designed by British luxury carmaker Aston Martin and US studio S3 Architecture. Its faceted metal roof reflects the rocky surroundings.
The house is the first project created with the help of Aston Martin's Automotive Galleries and Lairs service, which was introduced in 2019 and allows customers to create custom garages and residences that highlight their most valuable automobiles.
Aston Martin and British-Ghanaian architect David Adjaye worked together to create five residences in Adjaye's 130 William skyscraper in Manhattan, along with exclusive SUVs for the occupants.
The 244-meter-tall tower is currently under construction. The five Aston Martin Residences will be situated on the 59th and 60th floors. The Aston Martin Home Collection provides the furnishings, finishes, and décor that set these apartments apart from regular apartments.
