Mercedes-Benz and developer Binghatti unveiled plans for a supertall skyscraper in central Dubai that will house the automaker's first branded residential tower.

The tower, which will be known as Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai, is anticipated to be 341 meters tall and to be located close to the Burj Khalifa.
The 65-story building in the heart of Dubai will be Mercedes-Benz's first branded residential complex.
The image also depicts the skyscraper near the world's tallest structure, the Burj Khalifa. Along with restaurants, a fitness center, lounges, exhibition areas, and "VIP parking" facilities, it will house 225 apartments.
Binghatti, a developer based in Dubai, has started work on the skyscraper, which is expected to be finished in 2026.
It is the most recent in a line of housing developments being built by automobile manufacturers all over the world. Along with luxury car maker Bugatti, Binghatti is building a 42-story skyscraper in Dubai.
In addition to Mercedes-Benz and Bugatti, residential properties are also being developed by Bentley, Aston Martin, and Porsche.
In Miami Beach, Bentley is building a 61-story skyscraper close by, and Porsche built a 60-story skyscraper that opened in 2017. In the meantime, as part of its 2019 Automotive Galleries and Lair's service launch, Aston Martin is creating an angular black residence in New York.
