In 2024, Renault introduced the Symbioz, expanding its SUV lineup to five models. Positioned between the Austral and Captur, this three-row SUV targets urban families with its customizable and versatile interior.
The Symbioz has dimensions of 1,797 mm in width, 4,413 mm in length, and 1,575 mm in height. Its front design resembles the Captur, featuring Renault's logo-inspired details. Additionally, designers added unique elements such as sculpted rear lights and flowing side panels with a 3D 'ice cube' effect.

Inside the Symbioz, the front section resembles the new Captur, featuring a 10.4-inch portrait infotainment touchscreen with Android Automotive OS. There's an additional 10.3-inch screen for driving data, complemented by physical toggle switches for climate control. Upholstery varies across trim levels, with fabric seats adorned with contrasting stitching in the top-spec Esprit Alpine and mid-spec Techno models. An optional panoramic sunroof with 'Solarbay' technology adds to the appeal.

In the Symbioz, the rear seating area is generously spacious, comfortably accommodating up to three passengers. Thanks to its extended length, there's ample knee room available. The versatile rear bench can be slid forward to increase boot space up to 624 liters. Moreover, it can be folded flat to provide a total cargo space of 1,582 liters.
The Renault Symbioz will feature the E-Tech 145 hybrid engine, similar to what powers the Captur and Clio models. This engine comprises a 1.6-liter petrol engine, a 1.2-kilowatt-hour battery, and two electric motors, delivering a combined output of 147 horsepower.

In the UAE, Renault offers models such as the Koleos, Megane Sedan, Megane RS, and Duster.
Renault's unveiling of the Symbioz SUV represents a significant addition to its lineup, offering families a customizable and versatile interior along with stylish exterior design. With features like a large touchscreen and spacious rear seating, the Symbioz aims to cater to the needs of urban families.
Powered by the efficient E-Tech 145 hybrid engine, it aligns with Renault's commitment to sustainability. This launch further strengthens Renault's presence in the SUV segment alongside its existing models like the Koleos, Megane, and Duster in the UAE.
