Nissan has unveiled a thoughtfully selected range of models at the Japan Mobility Show 2025. The showcase aims to improve the brand’s market presence in Japan. At this year’s Japan Mobility Show, Nissan unveiled the all-new Elgrand, updated Ariya, and announced the arrival of the Patrol SUV in the domestic market. Each of these showcases focuses on the brand’s focus on offering practicality and forward-looking design.

Also, these new models underscore an important step in the company’s decision to reinforce the brand’s renewed product strategy under the Re:Nissan plan. Along with these flagship models, the Japanese automobile manufacturer has also confirmed to showcase recently launched LEAF, the Roox Kei car, and the updated MY26 Skyline sedan.
Nissan unveiled the fourth-generation Elgrand at the 2025 Japan Mobility Show. The updated version of the minivan gets a pixel radiator grille complemented with dotted LED lights. The same design approach can be seen followed to the rear end with complex LED graphics and a wedge-shaped tailgate.

Inside the minivan is a 14.3-inch integrated display, an optional 22-speaker Bose audio system, and 64-color ambient lighting. The all-new Nissan Elgrand is powered by the brand’s third-generation e-POWER hybrid system, featuring a newly developed, purpose-built engine and a modular 5-in-1 electric powertrain for refined performance, silent operation, and improved fuel efficiency. It will also be the first Nissan vehicle to launch globally with an updated e-4ORCE electric four-wheel drive system.
Scheduled to launch next year, the new Ariya EV crossover has been upgraded with a refined exterior, Google-powered infotainment, vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality, and suspension upgrades for a comfortable ride experience.

This major upgrade ensures a more connected, stylish, and comfortable package tailored for Japanese customers. Similar to the new LEAF, the updated Ariya EV gets Nissan’s vision of intelligent mobility.
Nissan has also given some information about the Patrol SUV, stating that it will debut the model in the first half of FY2027.

Nissan Patrol is already a popular SUV in the Middle East and the UAE; its Japan debut will further strengthen the model’s market positioning and customer reach. It is the reentry of the Nissan Patrol SUV, where the luxury SUV competed with the Safari until 2007.
