The MBUX Virtual Assistant is designed to comprehend human emotions, providing a convenient life through intuitive suggestions. Utilizing 3D game-engine graphics and MB.OS, the MBUX Surround Navigation seamlessly navigates routes. Predictive responses are derived from contextual information and various inputs, shaping the car's voice response in terms of tone.

Markus Schäfer, Chief Technology Officer, offered a significant perspective on the transformative potential of generative AI and MB.OS in enhancing the user experience.
At the event, Mercedes-Benz showcased various cutting-edge technologies, including the MBUX SOUND DRIVE. Collaborating with American entrepreneur William, the automaker created this technology, which translates actions such as acceleration, braking, turning, and recuperation into audible sounds. Another highly praised technological innovation at the event was the in-car audio storytelling system.

The Concept CLA Class made its debut at CES 2024, signifying the introduction of Mercedes-Benz's upcoming Operating System. This system is poised to serve as the foundational framework for all interfaces in the new vehicles constructed on the Modular Architecture platform of Mercedes-Benz.
