McLaren has launched the McLaren 750S JC96, a Japan-exclusive edition of its globally recognized 750S, presenting the perfect fusion of motorsport heritage with cutting-edge supercar design. The 750S JC96 has been introduced to honor McLaren's iconic success in the 1996 All-Japan Grand Touring Car Championship (JGTC).

Only 61 units of McLaren 750S JC96 will be manufactured, symbolizing the race number of the Team Goh McLaren F1 GTR that secured the Driver's Championship about three decades ago. This exclusive model is said to be a great addition to collectors' and motorsport enthusiasts' supercar collection, as this masterpiece is not only an ultra-rare tribute to one of McLaren's defining victories but also a unique blend of technology and unmistakable design.
The new JC96 gets design inspiration from the "Tiger Stripe" Rocket Pink and Tarmac Grey livery of championship-winning F1 GTRs. The customers have been given the option to opt for detailed paint accents on the splitter, wing endplates, and mirrors in Memphis Red, Titanium Silver, Ice White, or Graphite Grey.

McLaren Special Operations (MSO) has offered hand-painted JC96 Tribute Livery for even more passionate exclusive car collectors and motorsport enthusiasts, which includes a full body reinterpretation of legendary stripes that will be limited to only four cars globally. The exterior has been further optimized with new Ultra-Lightweight 15-spoke forged alloy wheels inspired by wheels of F1 GTR Longtail with gold brake calipers and titanium finished central exhaust.

The 750S JC96 continues to be powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, churning out 750 PS and delivering class-leading agility thanks to its carbon fiber Monocage II structure and advanced chassis control.

As part of the exclusive edition, the JS96 gets the MSO High Downforce Kit (HDK), which was rolled out initially in the 750S Spider. This aerodynamic package, comprising an enlarged dual-element splitter, a raised active rear spoiler, and a louvred under-wing panel, increases the downforce by up to 10%, adding to sharper handling and greater track performance.
Inside the cabin of the McLaren 750S JC96 is an Alcantara performance interior with gold-finished pedals, unique JC96 badging, and a dedication plaque to celebrate the car's racing heritage. There are multiple interior color options available, and the touches can be further enhanced with the MSO package.

The interior also has a 12 o'clock steering wheel marker and a bespoke painted vehicle key. McLaren has not only designed and configured interiors for unmatched luxury but also to tell a story, carry the spirit of the 1996 F1 GTR, and offer the refinement that global customers expect from modern McLaren.
McLaren 750S JC96 represents the brand's strong roots with Japanese motorsport culture and its discerning customer base. As per the official details, McLaren will manufacture only 61 units of JC96, making it one of the most desirable McLarens at present.
