Hyundai's new three-row SUV, originally called the Ioniq 7, will be launched as the Ioniq 9. This name change was reported by the Korean Car Blog.
Hyundai Motor Company Australia COO John Kett indirectly confirmed the Ioniq 9’s pricing strategy, positioning it as Hyundai's flagship SUV. The Ioniq 9 will launch around the same time as the smaller Inster electric SUV, which is priced under $40,000. However, the Ioniq 9 is expected to be the most expensive model in Hyundai's lineup.
