The Dubai Police have made a significant move by adding the advanced Geely Tugella to their traffic patrol fleet, showcasing their commitment to using cutting-edge technology for enhanced public safety and traffic management.
At the handover ceremony, Brigadier General Juma Salem bin Suwaidan, Deputy Director of the General Department of Traffic, and Mohamad Hussain, General Manager of Operations at AGMC GEELY, the exclusive distributor of Geely in the UAE, were joined by officers and staff from both organizations.
The Geely Tugella, now in the Dubai Police's green and white colors, will patrol important tourist and strategic areas in the emirate. These vehicles will improve traffic efficiency and strengthen police presence, ensuring residents' and visitors' safety and well-being.
Geely's presence in the UAE is extensive. Besides introducing new models and achieving strong sales, they have established a flagship showroom in Dubai, a Geely Boutique in Abu Dhabi, a modern showroom in Sharjah, and a spare parts delivery hub in Jebel Ali for the GCC region. Future plans include flagship stores in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, demonstrating Geely's commitment to exceptional customer experience and strengthening its market position in the Middle East.
