Galadari Automobiles held a service campaign wherein Mazda owners in the United Arab Emirates received free vehicle inspections. Customers who purchased Mazdas two years ago were invited to participate in a five-day drive to have their cars inspected at three service centers across the nation.
Three Japanese Mazda specialists, Taku Iwasaki, Yoshiyuki Kemmochi, and Kataro Sugahara, flew in especially for the service drive. The drive gave Mazda owners more knowledge about their vehicles.
Customers were welcomed to the brand's Sheikh Zayed Road location on December 17 and 18, and Sharjah witnessed the event on December 19. On December 20 and 21, customers visited the Abu Dhabi branch.
"The goal of the service drive was to improve the outstanding customer experience we provide to Mazda owners in the United Arab Emirates," stated Axel Dreyer, CEO of Galadari Brothers Automotive Division. Experts from Mazda were present at the event, reaffirming our dedication to providing our customers with the exceptional experience for which we are renowned.

According to Mazda's Head of Brand, Shah Basharat, Japanese specialists are renowned for their accuracy and meticulousness. He declared, "The brand has reaffirmed its dedication to providing top-notch services to its customers with their presence at the service drive."
Mazda Middle East & Africa's General Manager of Customer Service & Experience, Zameer Hassan, claims that "clear communication about the maintenance process, costs, and timelines" is advantageous to the company's customers in the United Arab Emirates.
He went on, "This dedication to openness creates trust and long-term relationships between the brand and its customers".
Galadari Automobiles, the exclusive distributor of Mazda in the United Arab Emirates, has made sure that the brand is among the best in terms of after-sale customer satisfaction and service.
