BMW has revealed the M4 CS, a new addition positioned between the M4 CSL and M4 Competition Coupé. Offering a mix of daily usability and track performance, it strikes a perfect balance for enthusiasts.
The M4 CS boasts a 3.0-liter twin-turbo inline-six engine, delivering approximately 550 horsepower and enabling a 0-60 mph sprint in just 3.4 seconds. Drawing inspiration from BMW's racing success, it's finely tuned for track prowess.
The M4 CS features BMW’s M xDrive all-wheel-drive system and an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission for precise handling. With a Nürburgring lap time of 7:21.989, it showcases exceptional agility and dynamic performance.
The M4 CS is meticulously designed, featuring carbon fiber-reinforced plastic components and a titanium exhaust silencer, reducing weight by 20kg. These enhancements not only improve aesthetics but also boost performance, showcasing the car's racing DNA in every detail, including aerodynamic elements, hood, and roof.
The interior of the M4 CS combines advanced technology with luxurious comfort, featuring a BMW Curved Display with M-specific functions and M Carbon bucket seats. Equipped with the M Drive Professional package, Laptimer, M Traction Control, and Drift Analyser, it strikes a perfect balance between everyday convenience and track-ready performance.
The M4 CS will roll off the production line at BMW Group Plant Dingolfing starting in July, with orders available by the end of May. Combining everyday practicality with high-performance engineering, it promises an exhilarating driving adventure.
