Bentley Motors has restructured its regional divisions, combining the Middle East, Europe, the UK, Africa, and India into a unified EMEA region, aligning with its Beyond100+ strategy.
The EMEA region includes 95 retail partners across 41 markets, contributing to one-third of Bentley’s global sales.
Richard Leopold, a Bentley veteran with 17 years of experience, will head the EMEA region as Regional Director.

The newly formed EMEA region encompasses 95 retail partners across 41 markets, contributing approximately 33% of Bentley’s global sales volume. This restructuring establishes EMEA as the largest operational region for Bentley, underscoring its critical role in the brand’s growth strategy.
Richard Leopold, with over 17 years of experience at Bentley Motors, has been appointed Regional Director of the EMEA division. Having successfully managed various complex markets, his expertise makes him ideally suited to lead the transition and spearhead growth within the newly restructured region.
