Audi is broadening its Q6 e-tron range with the introduction of a new 'Performance' variant, complementing the existing SQ6 e-tron and Q6 e-Tron Quattro models. Positioned as an entry-level option, it offers the longest driving range in the lineup.

The soon-to-be-released Audi Q6 e-tron Performance will come with a rear-wheel drive setup, powered by a Permanent Synchronous Motor generating up to 326 hp. It will accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 6.6 seconds. In comparison, the SQ6 e-tron and Q6 e-tron Quattro offer outputs of 517 hp and 387 hp, respectively.
With the identical 100kWh battery pack found in its siblings, the Q6 e-tron Performance achieves an extended range of 641 km (WLTP), surpassing the standard Q6 e-tron and SQ6 e-tron by 16 km and 43 km, respectively.

The new variant of the Q6 e-tron maintains its original design with minimal cosmetic changes. Inside, it features a twin-screen setup consisting of an 11.9-inch display and a 14.5-inch central touchscreen. Moreover, it includes a separate 10.9-inch touchscreen for the passenger, strategically positioned away from the driver's view for entertainment purposes. The infotainment system supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Regarding cargo capacity, the Q6 e-tron Performance provides approximately 526 liters of boot space. As an electric vehicle, it also features a front trunk ("frunk") offering an additional storage space of around 64 liters.
The debut of the Audi Q6 e-tron Performance is scheduled for later this year, with deliveries anticipated to commence in the third quarter.
