2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV Launches in Middle East, Gets 513 Km Range

The 2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV has been launched in the Middle East, marking a significant addition to the Equinox SUV lineup with a sustainable powertrain option. The newest version of Equinox is scheduled for deliveries in May 2025 across the UAE, Kuwait, and other Middle East regions. The showroom price for this all-new electric vehicle from Chevrolet in the UAE is AED 169,900, including VAT.

2025 Chevrolet Equinox Exterior Design & Interior Specifications

The Equinox EV features a stylish design and an aggressive exterior profile, blending sporty elements with a premium touch. It features flush door handles, a two-tone roof option, and standard 21-inch alloy wheels. There are several exterior color options available for the customers.

The cabin environment is a comfortable and comparable cabin space with seating for five occupants. Its interior offers up to 844 liters of cargo space with the rear seats folded, and also gets an ambient lighting option. Chevrolet has equipped its EV with a 17.7-inch infotainment screen, an 11-inch digital driver display, and a hands-free start system. In all variants of Equinox EV, there is a three-year subscription to OnStar Connected Services.

The EV supports Google Built-In features like voice assistance, navigation, and access to the Play Store. For wireless connectivity, Equinox gets a Wi-Fi option. The automaker has offered the myChevrolet app, which allows drivers to remotely manage vehicle functions like cabin temperature control and charging station location.

2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV Performance

Chevy Equinox EV comes in a front-wheel drive option, and with its electric motor, it delivers around 210 bhp and 320 Nm of torque. Additionally, the EV has a top range of 513 km on a single charge, making it one of the longest-range EVs in its segment.

The 2025 Equinox comes standard with a 7kW wall box charger and offers an optional 22kW Level 2 charger, adding up to 118 km of range per hour of charging. The EV is also compatible with 155 kW DC fast charging, which can add up to 113 km of range in 10 minutes of charging.

2025 Chevrolet Equinox EV Safety Features

Several safety features are included in the Equinox EV, including automatic emergency braking, front pedestrian braking, forward collision alert, and more under the Chevy Safety Assist suite. Other notable features, such as adaptive cruise control, HD Surround View Vision, and a power-operated liftgate, are also available.
