Chinese EV maker Xpeng Motors, together with Gulf Star Motors, has launched its awaited electric SUVs—the G9, G6, and the "Land Aircraft Carrier" flying concept—in the UAE, marking Xpeng's official entry into the market.

Xpeng’s flagship luxury SUV, the G9, delivers a high-end electric experience. Touted as the world’s fastest-charging mass-produced SUV, its 800V system charges from 10% to 80% in under 20 minutes. Built for precise handling and comfort, it includes dual-chamber air suspension, along with an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) for extra safety and ease.

The G9 comes in two versions: an RWD Long Range with 286 hp and 440 Nm torque, and an AWD Performance delivering 476 hp and 660 Nm, reaching 0-100 km/h in under four seconds.
It features the "Hey XPENG" voice command system, which works offline and responds to complex commands from any seat. The SUV also includes the X-OPERA 5D sound system and outdoor speakers for music on the go.

Xpeng’s entry into the UAE aligns with the nation’s goal of carbon neutrality by 2050. As part of its growth plan, Xpeng will launch the new X9 model and set up dedicated showrooms across the UAE, offering customers full access to its advanced electric vehicles and an immersive brand experience.
