Renault recently revealed the updated Duster in South Africa, providing a preview of the version coming to the UAE. The SUV features a bold, muscular design with rugged cladding, large wheel arches, and defined body lines, ensuring a commanding road presence. The Duster maintains its appeal by avoiding unnecessary gimmicks like connected lights.
The Renault Duster heading to the UAE will offer a 4X4 drivetrain option, preserving its off-road capability.
The new-generation Renault Duster will offer three powertrain options worldwide: a 1.2L mild-hybrid, a 1.6L hybrid, and a 1.0L LPG petrol engine. The UAE model is expected to feature the first two, paired with a CVT automatic transmission. The LPG option will be available in Europe. The hybrid powertrain is expected to boost fuel efficiency by 10-15% compared to the current model, which delivers around 14.49–17.24 km/l.
The cabin of the new Renault Duster has been redesigned for maximum comfort, offering space for five adults. It comes equipped with connected features such as a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, a 10.1-inch touchscreen, auto AC, and wireless charging.
