The Duster maintains its appeal by avoiding unnecessary gimmicks like connected lights.

The new-generation Renault Duster will offer three powertrain options worldwide: a 1.2L mild-hybrid, a 1.6L hybrid, and a 1.0L LPG petrol engine. The UAE model is expected to feature the first two, paired with a CVT automatic transmission. The LPG option will be available in Europe. The hybrid powertrain is expected to boost fuel efficiency by 10-15% compared to the current model, which delivers around 14.49–17.24 km/l.
