Volkswagen has unveiled the mid-cycle refresh of the T-Cross SUV, designed for emerging markets. Available in Brazil since April 2019, the updated model features various cosmetic changes inside and out, along with several enhanced features.

Volkswagen T-Cross

The 2025 T-Cross features subtle updates to its exterior and interior design. The exterior now includes sleeker headlights with LED DRLs, a larger upper grille with the VW logo, and a redesigned bumper with triangular faux grilles. The side profile remains unchanged except for the addition of 17-inch alloy wheels.

The T-Cross facelift boasts a spacious cabin with a redesigned dashboard, new seat upholstery, and updated AC vents. Built on the MQB A0 platform, it offers 1.4-litre turbo-petrol and 1.0-litre turbo-petrol engines from the TSI family.

Volkswagen has yet to announce the launch of the T-Cross facelift in the UAE. Pricing details are also unavailable, but it is expected to be more expensive than the current model.

Verdict

The updated Volkswagen T-Cross brings various design and feature enhancements, signaling a significant refresh for emerging markets. While its debut in the UAE is still unconfirmed, expectations of a higher price reflect the upgrades and improvements over the existing model.
