Supacat has introduced the Medium Utility Vehicle Hi-Load, a military vehicle based on the Toyota Hilux. Made in Sydney, it offers a cost-effective option for defense forces.
The MUV is based on the HiLux dual-cab but has been heavily modified for better off-road abilities. Its chassis is extended for six-wheel drive, boosting performance on tough terrain.

Weighing 6.5 tonnes, it can carry up to 3,000 kg. It also features a remote weapon station, allowing military gear like a machine gun to be fired from inside the cabin.

The MUV's key advantage is its affordability, using many standard parts to reduce maintenance and costs. It keeps the 2.8-litre turbodiesel engine, with upgrade options for more power.
The MUV continues Supacat's legacy by combining high payload capacity, mobility, and modularity. It's designed for regional forces looking to boost capabilities while using local resources for support.
