Skoda, well recognized for blending German engineering with cutting-edge technology for best-value reliability, practicality, and safety, has unveiled its innovation called the Vision O Concept at IAA 2025. The Skoda Vision O Concept previews the future of the brand’s design language for upcoming cars.

The automaker states that the Vision O represents the next evolution of the Modern Solid design language, which was first introduced with the Vision 7S Concept in 2022. It also showcases next-generation technologies with a wide range of powertrain options and electrification at the forefront. Vision O has been presented as a multi-purpose vehicle for a broad range of customers, meeting the key requirements of both family and business buyers.

Regarding design and dimension, it marks an evolution of Modern Solid design that debuts a new Tech-Loop front mask to replace the previous Tech-Deck Face. It also integrates the vehicle’s front design elements into a visual “O”, directly referencing the concept’s name. The concept also features an illuminated front section that adds to its aesthetics and also top-notch aerodynamics. In the front, the active grille shutters are integrated, whereas there is a dedicated channel guide airflow around the wheels.

The bonnet now has two vents to improve the drag coefficient and simultaneously direct rainwater from the windscreen. The wheels have also been optimized for improved aerodynamics and efficient vehicle performance. It gets a sloping roofline and pillars, as well as a panoramic sunroof that makes the Vision O Concept feel more spacious and classy.
Inside the Skoda concept is a simple design with a full-width horizontal display setup that also integrates a driver information display. Along with touch inputs, it has a tactile Smart Dial controller for intuitive operation. The Steering wheel buttons further add to driving comfort and convenience.

Skoda has equipped its new concept with artificial intelligence capabilities to improve usability through the Laura digital assistant, which is capable of managing not only the vehicle functions but also tasks like scheduling appointments, suggesting local activities, and even telling children’s stories.
