Porsche has unveiled Black Edition variants of the Taycan and Cayenne SUVs globally at the 2025 Goodwood Festival of Speed. As Black Edition models are known for, the Taycan and Cayenne Black Edition variants have bespoke exterior and interior styling in both SUV and Coupe body styles. For Taycan Black Edition customers, Porsche has offered the option to choose from a four-door saloon and a Sport Turismo estate. In comparison, the Cayenne Black Edition is available in traditional SUV or a coupe option.
Along with unique styling, Porsche has also equipped this special edition variant with a range of premium features like HD Matrix LED headlights (tinted on the Cayenne), 21-inch wheels with Porsche’s full-color crest, and front comfort Seats with 14-way electronic adjustment function. There is also a Porsche crest on the headrest and a Bose Surround Sound System with Dolby Atmos.
For exterior styling, the Porsche Taycan gets a Sport Design kit, window frames, and rear badge finished in shiny black tone. It also comprises an illuminated Porsche logo in the rear light strip with a black look.
In Cayenne Black Edition, Porsche has offered a Sport Design front bumper and has gloss black detailing for window surrounds, exterior mirrors, and Porsche badges. Standard Black Edition features offered in Cayenne and Taycan include 21-inch alloy wheels, LED door projectors that display the Porsche logo, HD Matrix LED headlights, and surround view camera with Active Parking Assist.
There is also an optional extended Black Edition pack for customers looking for even more tailored styling and additions to make their models even more unique and stand out. The package includes Black Edition lettering to the front doors, illuminated sill covers, and a special key case.
While Porsche has unveiled its Black Edition variants of Taycan and Cayenne, there are multiple standard color options available to choose from. The customers can choose Volcano Grey Metallic, Dolomite Silver Metallic, and Ice Grey Metallic for the Taycan, while the Quartzite Grey Metallic, Vanadium Grey Metallic, Dolomite Silver Metallic, and Carrara White Metallic for the Cayenne.
In terms of pricing, the Porsche Taycan Black Edition is available at £95,700 (approx AED 475,300), whereas the Porsche Cayenne Black Edition is priced from £88,900 (approx AED 441,500).
