Porsche has unveiled the updated 911 Carrera T, now available in both Cabriolet and Coupe versions. The refreshed model features a stronger engine, a six-speed manual gearbox, and a new convertible option.
Porsche has made the Carrera T lighter by around 40 kg, bringing its weight to 1,478 kg. It features a 3.0-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine with 394 hp and 450 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed manual gearbox. The coupe accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds, while the convertible takes 4.7 seconds. The coupe has a top speed of 295 km/h, and the convertible reaches 293 km/h.
The updated Carrera T now comes with standard four-wheel steering and a faster steering ratio, which was once an option. It also features the PASM adaptive suspension system, lowering the ground clearance by 10 mm. Design upgrades include new lightweight 21-inch rear and 20-inch front alloys, a unique shift-pattern sticker, and a GTS-style rear spoiler.
Inside, the car features a heated GT sports steering wheel, a gear lever with walnut trim, and optional 18-way adjustable lightweight or bucket seats.
The updated Carrera T is now available for order, giving car enthusiasts a chance to own this performance-focused model. The coupe starts at $134,000 (AED 492,182), while the convertible is priced at $147,300 (AED 540,959.25).
