A "Great Place To Work" designation has been given to Nissan's Middle East headquarters. 94% of workers at the regional headquarters in the United Arab Emirates, which employs over 220 people from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds, say they are proud to be part of Nissan in the Middle East. This figure illustrates the Japanese company's workers' strong sense of identity.
Over 220 UAE-based employees from a variety of backgrounds and cultures work at Nissan's regional headquarters in the Middle East, which serves Nissan Middle East, INFINITI Middle East, and Nissan AMIEO (Africa, Middle East, India, Europe, and Oceania).
Around the world, employees, prominent research institutions, and corporate leaders all hold the Great Place to Work® recognition in high regard. Thus, obtaining it is highly significant.
The following statements were made by Thierry Sabbagh, Managing Director of Nissan Middle East, President of Nissan Saudi Arabia, and INFINITI Middle East: "This recognition is a testament to our ongoing commitment to creating a supportive, safe, and engaging workplace for our dedicated team members in the Middle East."

Our team members' diversity, each of whom brings a unique perspective and set of experiences to the table to foster innovation and success, is, in our opinion at Nissan and INFINITI, our greatest asset. As we continue to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion as essential cornerstones of our corporate culture, we are unwavering in our commitment to upholding this "Great Place To Work" designation in the years to come."
Ibrahim Mougharbel, Managing Director of Great Place to Work® Middle East in the United Arab Emirates, said: "This recognition is a testament to Nissan's commitment to creating an exceptional work culture and fostering an environment where employees feel proud to be part of the organization." Positive employee feedback highlights Nissan's outstanding leadership and management skills.
