Nissan, the Japanese automotive company, has revealed the most powerful Nissan Patrol NISMO SUV to date and has also marked the regional debut of the new Nissan Z NISMO. At an exclusive event held in Dubai, the world premiere of the new Nissan Patrol NISMO took place, showcasing unmatched performance and precision to create buzz among Middle East customers.
The updated Nissan Patrol NISMO gets a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 engine that produces 495 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque in Sport mode. Its 70 horsepower is up compared to the standard Patrol SUV, aiming to attract further regional customers looking for more power and commanding road presence. The off-road SUV also features NISMO-tuned suspension, improved aerodynamics, and motorsport-inspired visuals.
The new Patrol NISMO also sees changes in exterior design as it gets a bold rear spoiler, red-accent bodywork, and Formula-E style rear fog lamp. There are also large 22-inch forged alloy wheels developed in collaboration with RAYS. Inside the cabin, the SUV gets NISMO-specific highlights, including new upholstery and track-inspired detailing, that perfectly balance aggressive style with comfort.
Along with the new Patrol NISMO, the Japanese automobile manufacturer has also launched the Nissan Z NISMO. It's the first time the model has been launched in the Middle East, further extending the brand's iconic sports car lineup. The Nissan Z NISMO is powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine that delivers 420 horsepower and 520 Nm of torque.
The model also features sharper handling and enhanced aerodynamics inspired by the GT-R. Its reinforced chassis components, stiffer suspension, and more aggressive body kit, including a three-piece rear spoiler and elongated front fascia, make it a more driver-friendly SUV.
In Nissan's NISMO lineup, both SUVs come mated with signature red accents, bold NISMO badging, and distinctive 'O', reflecting the brand's approach to bringing motorsport engineering to the road. The models are also positioned as ambassadors of the newly announced Red Ring Society, a community for NISMO owners and enthusiasts across the region.
In the UAE, Nissan Patrol NISMO is available across Nissan's partner network. Along with the UAE, the Patrol NISMO and Z NISMO have also been launched in Saudi Arabia and other GCC markets. The 2025 Nissan Patrol NISMO SUV price in the UAE starts at AED 449,900.
