In terms of exterior design, the Vision Iconic Concept gets an upright radiator grille found in the 1956 300Sc. However, the grille has been enhanced with illuminated elements. The sloping roofline and long bonnet have been derived from the Mercedes 300 SL. Mercedes-Benz continues to provide its iconic logo on the nose, and the illuminated star motif on the headlight adds to its premium and modern appeal.

The concept also features a floating glass dashboard centerpiece structure named Zeppelin. There are analog parts with digital displays. The interior houses a continuous bench seat and an elegant rear that reminds one of the legendary 300 SL. It has a 4-spoke steering wheel with the Mercedes logo inside a glass sphere.
