Lamborghini has officially revealed its all-new Temerario GT3 as the first GT3 race car, completely designed and developed at Lamborghi’s Sant’Agata Bolognese HQ. This high-performance sports car was unveiled at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2025. Lamborghini presented Temerario GT3 as the successor of Huracan GT3, the model that won 96 championship titles and secured over 200 sales worldwide in its decade of motorsport dominance.

Similar to the Huracan GT3, the new Temerario GT3 has also been built for dominance track with its cutting-edge design innovation, robust performance, and new generation driving features. Lamborghini has strategically integrated competition-grade features like a reinforced chassis and servicing solutions.
Lamborghini Temerario GT3 features an aluminium spaceframe found in the brand’s road car, but this has been tweaked to match the level of track performance. As part of customization, the Italian high-performance sports car manufacturer has removed the hybrid components to lower weight, added a built-in FIA roll cage, and detachable front and rear subframes for fast pit operations.

Additionally, the underfloor is divided into four quick-release sections so that the repair process can be streamlined. The carbon fiber bodywork gives a premium and attention-grabbing profile to the newly revealed Temerario GT3. Centro Stile and Squadra Corse jointly designed this carbon fiber bodywork with the goal to provide a sleek silhouette of a road car while balancing motorsport-specific aerodynamics, including larger splitters, drive planes, rear diffuser, and swan-neck rear wing.
Under the hood, Lamborghini Temerario GT3 packs a race-specific 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine capable of making 550 horsepower, and comes mated with a new six-speed transverse sequential gearbox. In the road-spec variant, Lamborghini offers a hybrid powertrain system that produces 789 horsepower.
The engineers at Lamborghini’s Sant’Agata plant have tweaked turbos, airbox, and exhaust, and have offered lightweight titanium rods and flat flat-plane crankshaft for durability and responsive performance across a broader rev range.
Temerario has KW’s six-way adjustable dampers borrowed from Lamborghini’s SC63 LMDh program, and it is paired with a bespoke hydraulic steering rack. The GT3 race car rides on 18-inch Ronal AG wheels wrapped in GT3-spec tyres and features redesigned suspension mounts for quick swapping during the race weekends.
To make the cockpit more ergonomic and improve switchgear layout, the carmaker has taken inputs from factory drivers like Marco Mapelli and Andrea Caldarelli. With notable inputs, the vehicle now had an updated steering wheel, data-logging system, race software, and new graphics for improved usability under tough racing conditions.
Lamborghini has schedule the Temerario GT3 to make its debut at the 12 Hours of Sebring in March 2026, with assurance to commence the deliveries of its flagship model shortly after.
