Lamborghini is gearing up to reveal the Huracan's successor, likely called the Temerario, at Monterey Car Week on August 16, 2024. A teaser video has been released, highlighting the new supercar's high-revving engine ahead of the launch.

The new Lamborghini supercar will move away from the naturally aspirated V-10 used in the Huracán and Gallardo models. Instead, it will feature a twin-turbo V-8, offering an exciting driving experience with impressive sound and performance.
The teaser video for the new Lamborghini engine suggests it could have a higher redline than previously stated. While Lamborghini initially mentioned a 10,000-rpm limit, the digital tachometer in the clip shows the needle surpassing this mark. This implies the engine might rev even higher in its full form. Despite losing the V-10, the new engine still delivers an impressive sound.

The new Lamborghini supercar features a twin-turbo V8 engine, generating 800 PS and 730 Nm of torque. With the hybrid system, the total output reaches 900 PS, supported by three electric motors. An eight-speed dual-clutch transmission manages power.
The car's design is bold and sharp, with rear fender air intakes for cooling, an aggressive rear bumper, high-mounted exhausts reminiscent of the Revuelto, and striking hexagonal LED taillights that enhance its bold appearance.
The new Lamborghini supercar combines advanced hybrid technology with a powerful twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering exceptional performance and a bold, aggressive design that signifies Lamborghini's innovative approach to the future of high-performance vehicles.
