The major highlight in Kia's EV portfolio showcased at IAA is the European public debut of Kia EV5, which is a fully electric C-SUV specifically designed for modern families and people with an active lifestyle. It has been built on the E-GMP platform and boasts bold SUV styling with a versatile interior, ensuring second-row full-flat folding seats, rear seat-back tables, and a panoramic wide display for a lounge-like experience. Kia claims that the EV5 can deliver up to 530 km of range and support 30-minute fast charging as well as vehicle-to-load capability, and towing capacity of up to 1,200 kg.

Another highlight at IAA 2025 is Kia Concept EV2, a compact B-segment SUV that blends the brand's vision for innovative electric vehicles. It has been designed with inspiration of adventure and active lifestyle, featuring bold aesthetic with vertical DRLs and Kia's signature 'Star Map' lighting. The concept has been specifically designed for busy urban drivers looking for a compact and agile vehicle with modern features.

Kia will also showcase its EV4 as another flagship option within the electrified C-segment. The Kia EV4 promises up to 625 km of WLTP range and gets charged 10-80% in just 31 minutes with fast charging. To maintain the spotlight, Kia has also announced the new EV6 GT for those who require a more dynamic EV with superior comfort and tech features. It can deliver up to 650 PS of power output and can accelerate 0-100 km/h in 3.5 seconds.

Also, the EV9 GT will be presented alongside for customers who require a performance-focused electric SUV. It's Kia's most powerful SUV, capable of producing 508 PS and accelerating from 0-100 km/h in just 4.6 seconds. Despite having impressive power delivery, the EV9 delivers a WLTP range of 510 km on a single charge.

Entering the Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) segment, Kia's innovative PV5 will also be on showcase. However, it will be presented in Passenger variant, a family-friendly configuration that offers flexibility to accommodate five to seven occupants. It's Kia's first dedicated PBV model and is designed to redefine modular and flexible electric mobility, using its building block architecture to create up to 16 different variants. This versatility allows Kia to develop both passenger and commercial versions of the PV5 EV.
