Marks the end of an era for Jaguar sports cars.
Jaguar now sells only SUVs: E-Pace, I-Pace, and F-Pace.
Jaguar is transitioning to a fully electric car company.
Upcoming high-performance electric GT car on the new JEA platform.
The new GT car will have a 430-mile range and around 570 horsepower.
Fifty years ago, the last Jaguar E-Type, considered by many as the best Jaguar ever made, was produced. In 2024, the final F-Type was manufactured at Jaguar’s Castle Bromwich factory. The final F-Type is similar in style to the E-Type, featuring a Giola Green exterior, a tan leather interior, and a black roof.

The F-Type has had an eventful journey. Introduced in 2013 and inspired by the C-X16 concept, it aimed to succeed the iconic Jaguar E-Type. It started as a convertible and later came out as a coupe too.
The current F-Type model, launched in 2019, has a refreshed look aimed at younger buyers. It comes with two engine choices: a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 300 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque, and a 5.0-litre supercharged V8 engine available in two versions—one with 450 horsepower and 572 Nm of torque, and another with 575 horsepower and 700 Nm of torque. The final F-Type produced is a 5.0-litre V8 convertible.
Jaguar has sold 87,731 F-Type units, which is 15,000 more than the E-Type.

This special F-TYPE will be entrusted to the Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust (JDHT) in Gaydon, UK. It will join the final models of the XE, XF, and XF Sportbrake already housed there.

Jaguar will only sell SUVs for a brief period: the E-Pace, I-Pace, and F-Pace. As one era ends, another begins. Jaguar is transitioning to a fully electric car company and is preparing a GT car for 2025, built on its new JEA platform. This new model is expected to have a range of 430 miles and a dual-motor powertrain producing around 570 horsepower.

Jaguar is transitioning from a sports car manufacturer to an all-SUV brand, with the final F-Type marking the end of an era. Moving forward, Jaguar is embracing an all-electric future, starting with the development of a high-performance GT car on their new JEA platform, set to debut in 2025. This new direction highlights Jaguar's commitment to innovation and sustainable mobility.
