JLR's product engineering chief, Thomas Muller, has revealed that the forthcoming electric Range Rover will build upon the existing combustion-engine model's refined attributes. It will feature distinctive elements such as an 800V architecture for rapid charging while maintaining its iconic design.
The Range Rover Electric, set to debut soon, promises impressive off-road prowess, including the ability to wade through water up to 850 mm deep. Speculations indicate that it will offer over 500 horsepower, supported by a twin-motor configuration for enhanced all-wheel-drive capability and traction in difficult terrain. These innovations underscore Range Rover's dedication to providing exceptional versatility and performance in the electric vehicle market.
