A major update for the 2025 Ioniq 5 is that it's the first Hyundai model to use the North American Charging Standard (NACS) port. This allows it to charge directly at over 17,000 Tesla Supercharger stations. Although some 2025 models will still have the old Combined Charging System port, all new Hyundai EVs will switch to the NACS port by late 2024.
