First time in the region, Porsche Centre Abu Dhabi has successfully installed the high-performance Manthey Performance Kit on one of the latest Porsche 911 GT RS (Type 992), highlighting a significant milestone in aftermarket motorsport upgrades in the UAE. The Manthey Kit is developed by Manthey Racing in collaboration with Porsche. It comprises factory-approved enhancements to boost the track capabilities of the GT3 RS while also maintaining the full road legality.

In the Manthey Performance Kit, the Porsche Centre Abu Dhabi offers a suite of aerodynamics and chassis upgrades that greatly improve downforce, cornering stability, and visual aggression. The front profile features a reworked spoiler lip with a larger wing profile and carbon fiber dive planes, which is further enhanced by wheel arch Gurney flaps.
On the rear, the Porsche 911 GT3 RS gets even more aggressive customizations, including a lightweight carbon fiber rear window panel that eliminates 25% of weight, a motorsport-style shark fin similar to that found in the Le Mans-winning 963 race car, a split carbon rear wing with DRS functionality, and wider diffuser elements. These customizations contribute to over 1,000 kg of downforce at 285 km/h.

The Manthey package also focuses on suspension and brake enhancements so the drivers can feel a thrilling drive experience and stay safe. The kit provides a semi-active coil-over suspension with stiffer spring rates (30% in front and 15% in rear), enabling the GT3 RS to remain flatter through the corners. The model also gets equipped with Porsche Ceramic Composite Brakes (PCCB), benefits from upgraded racing brake pads, and steel-sheathed brake lines for improved pedal feel.
Importantly, all the installation processes are done by Porsche-certified technicians, so that the same level of precision and safety standards can be maintained. The Manthey Performance Kit not only focuses on enhancing performance, it also adds visual elements that distinguish it from standard Porsche 911 GT3 RS models.
