The Dubai Police has announced a new addition to its luxury patrol fleet: a bespoke Rolls-Royce Cullinan customized by the renowned German tuner MANSORY. Dubai Police already has several luxury cars in its operational fleet, including Ferrari FF, BMW i8, Lamborghini Aventador, Aston Martin One-77, and Bugatti Veyron. However, this time, Dubai forces considered MANSORY-turned Rolls-Royce Cullinan panda cars rather than placing bulk orders for diesel Skoda or BMW models.

The luxury SUV is finished in Dubai Police's signature green livery. The one-of-a-kind Cullinan comes with a MANSORY-tuned 610 horsepower engine, capable of reaching 0-100 km/h in 5 seconds and achieving a top speed of 278 km/h. Featuring driver-focused technology and cutting-edge displays, the SUV is crafted with carbon fiber and aluminum components.
The MANSORY-enhanced Cullinan SUV, specifically tuned for the Dubai Police, features some tweaks to the front bumper, and the side profile is also equipped with aftermarket components, such as a pair of gills on the front fenders. Although the rear profile is not visible, the tuner is expected to have an upgraded rear end with an extra brake light in the middle, a spoiler on the tailgate, a roof wing, and some dedicated badging.
Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of the Tourist Police Department, appreciated the collaboration and highlighted the vehicle's role in enhancing police presence at tourist destinations such as the Burj Khalifa and JBR.
This newest addition of Cullinan follows the previous MANSORY-Dubai Police collaboration, which included a modified Mercedes-Benz G63 fitted with a 720 horsepower engine capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds. At this event, MANSORY founder Kourosh Mansory stated that the latest creation reflects craftsmanship, performance, and mutual dedication to excellence.
