BMW XM is the newest luxury SUV from a German automaker that may register its official launch in 2024 with a plug-in hybrid powertrain option. At first glance, the M Series SUV from BMW looks like a well-engineered product with great dynamics and striking elements. BMW XM gets a light-up kidney grille and properly spaced air intakes to not only enhance the overall look but also strengthen the aerodynamics of the vehicle. LED headlights are divided into two parts, each with narrow DRLs for sharp and sporty vibes. The automaker has maintained a coupe-like side and flat back end profile. BMW XM SUV gets power from an 8-cylinder V8 turbocharged engine coupled with an electric motor capable of producing 194HP, totaling the engine power to 644 HP and 800 Nm of torque. The engine comes mated with an automatic M-Steptronic transmission with an eight-speed setup. Talking about performance, the XM SUV can sprint 0-96 kmph in 3.7 seconds and achieve a top speed of 270 kmph with the M package.
The automaker has offered many safety features in its XM Series SUV, including front, side, and curtain airbags and ABS systems. The vehicle also has an ABS dynamic stability control system, dynamic brake control system, brake disc wiping system from water, and Advanced Car Eye 3.0 Pro. Interestingly, the BMW XM SUV can achieve 137 kmph of top speed with its self-driving mode for highways.
