The BMW Group Middle East has officially announced that it achieved exceptional performance in the first half of 2025, recording a 15.3% increase in BMW car sales compared to the same period in 2024. The double-digit growth in sales is driven by constant customer demand, importer excellence, and strategic investment across the region.

In the Middle East, the UAE has remained one of the major markets for BMW Group. Seeing strong demand for BMW cars in the UAE, the German automobile manufacturer is seeing incredible performance from MINI, BMW M, and BMW Motorrad. The brand experienced remarkable sales momentum in its high-performance models, showcasing the region's affinity for high-end luxury cars that deliver top-notch, track-like performance.
In terms of model-wise sales performance, the BMW X7 experienced 18.6% growth in the first six months of 2025, while the BMW M models also saw increased traction, with sales growth of 31.6%. Additionally, the M High-Performance models achieved a 46% increase in sales figures. BMW also saw rising demand for the BMW 5 Series, as the model recorded a 23.8% year-to-date increase as of June 2025, becoming the brand's premium sedan in its portfolio.
BMW Middle East also reported a 38.5% increase in its corporate and special sales in the first half of the year compared to the same period from the previous year. Its Corporate Sales Conference held in Oman in Q2 further contributed to regional sales.
MINI, on the other hand, saw 20% growth over the same period in 2024. MINI Countryman became the top-selling model with a 40% share in total sales, while the John Cooper Works (JCW) variant also saw rising momentum, with sales rising from 63% and contributing 14% of overall MINI sales.
BMW Motorrad announced a 20% increase in sales for the first half of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024. This notable rise underscores the brand's strong presence in the region, its enthusiasm for motorcycle riding, and its commitment to delivering exceptional customer value.
The increase in sales is also a result of the BMW Group Middle East Retailer Network's development. The new Corporate Identity, "Retail.Next", provides customers with a more tailored and flexible environment to enjoy BMW's sales and services for the entire BMW and MINI product range.
Moreover, the customer support has also been a cornerstone of BMW's success in the region. BMW Group Middle East reported 7% increase in Customer Support Service in the first half of the year, and 76% of BMW customers with vehicles aged up to 10 years serviced their vehicle within the authorized service network.
As part of BMW and MINI's Proactive Care initiative, the automaker also introduced the ConnectedDrive platform to strengthen the customer ownership experience. The addition of various digital customer touchpoints further enabled Middle East luxury car buyers to choose BMW for their next purchase.
All in all, the extensive sales and service network, digital platforms to provide a seamless customer experience, and a range of high-value luxury car models across have contributed to increased sales for BMW in the Middle East region.
