The Audi Q5 contributed to a record-breaking 17 percent of total sales in the Middle East, while Audi Sport achieved its highest-ever sales in the region.
In 2023, Audi set another record by selling 1.9 million cars globally, witnessing a 51 percent increase in electric vehicle (EV) sales compared to the previous year. However, the most significant news lies elsewhere.
Audi experienced a significant milestone in the Middle East in 2023, witnessing a 6 percent year-over-year sales growth. The Q5 model, contributing to a record-breaking 17 percent of total sales in the region, played a key role in this achievement. Additionally, there was a remarkable 73 percent surge in electric vehicle (EV) sales, indicating a notable transition towards electric mobility in the region.

The stunning Audi e-Tron GT played a pivotal role in the surge of EV sales, experiencing a notable 61 percent increase in sales. Furthermore, Audi Sport achieved its highest-ever sales in the Middle East during 2023.
Rene Koneberg, the Audi Middle East Managing Director, expressed pride in the region's achievements in the past year. The consistent commitment of partners, with a steadfast emphasis on delivering exceptional customer experiences and robust after-sales support, has been the driving force behind the remarkable performance, enabling continuous improvement since 2022.
