Dubai’s premium automotive landscape has received a major boost as Al-Futtaim Volvo officially opened its largest flagship showroom in the UAE on Sheikh Zayed Road. More than just a new retail space, the facility represents Volvo’s long-term commitment to sustainable mobility, premium customer experiences, and the growing demand for electric vehicles across the Emirates.
The new showroom brings together Volvo’s latest lineup of luxury sedans, SUVs, hybrid models, and fully electric vehicles under one roof, offering customers a modern and immersive automotive experience inspired by Scandinavian design principles.
Strategically located on Sheikh Zayed Road, one of Dubai’s most prominent automotive destinations, the flagship facility reflects Volvo’s core values of safety, sustainability, innovation, and customer-centric design.
Unlike conventional dealerships, the showroom features an open and welcoming layout, natural materials, premium finishes, and carefully designed lighting to create a calm environment for visitors exploring Volvo’s latest models.
Speaking about the launch, Marco Melani, Managing Director of Al-Futtaim Trading Enterprises, highlighted the importance of the new facility:
"This flagship showroom reflects our long-term commitment to the UAE and to leading the transition towards electric mobility. It is not just a retail space, it is an experience that brings Volvo’s values of safety, sustainability, and Scandinavian design to life."
The facility showcases Volvo’s complete range of vehicles, including petrol, hybrid, and fully electric models. Customers can also explore Volvo Selekt, the brand’s approved pre-owned vehicle program, which offers certified vehicles backed by quality inspections and aftersales support.
The new showroom is expected to strengthen Volvo’s position in the UAE’s premium automotive market while helping customers better understand electric mobility and future vehicle technologies.
One of the biggest attractions inside the new flagship showroom is the all-new Volvo ES90, the brand’s latest fully electric luxury sedan and a major milestone in Volvo’s global electrification strategy.
The ES90 introduces Volvo’s advanced 800V electric architecture, enabling significantly faster charging and improved efficiency for long-distance driving.
The ES90 is available in multiple trim levels and introduces new exterior colour options, including Mulberry Red and Sand Dune.
Volvo has confirmed that the ES90 will start from AED 234,900 in the UAE. Buyers will also receive an 8-year battery warranty, a 3-year or 100,000 km maintenance package, and home charging infrastructure support, making EV ownership more convenient and attractive.
As demand for premium electric vehicles continues to grow across the UAE, Volvo’s new flagship showroom arrives at the perfect time. Buyers are increasingly seeking vehicles that combine luxury, technology, performance, and sustainability.
With the introduction of the ES90 and the opening of Volvo’s largest UAE showroom, Al-Futtaim Volvo is positioning itself at the forefront of the country's electric mobility transition.
The new Sheikh Zayed Road facility not only strengthens Volvo’s retail presence but also provides a dedicated platform for customers to experience the brand’s evolving electric future firsthand.
