Multi-billion-dollar investments from globally renowned leaders back the program. It aims to transform Abu Dhabi into the region’s smart automotive manufacturing and assembly, R&D, restoration, actions, and luxury automobile hub.

The announcement occurred during the Make It in the Emirates Forum 2025 (MIITE). The program will add AED100 billion to Abu Dhabi’s GDP by 2045, bring AED8 billion in FDI, and create over 7,000 high-skilled jobs.
The participation from Tier 1 and 2 suppliers and premium OEMs, along with the addition of advanced R&D and engineering centers, ensures that the complete value chain, which includes design, manufacturing, and aftersales, has a substantial economic impact and long-term industrial competitiveness.
Besides manufacturing, the program also focuses on building a holistic ecosystem that includes activations, annual product launches, motorsport, industry events, luxury car restoration, and premium or exclusive vehicle auctions, all in a streamlined way.
