CYVN Holding LLC has announced the consolidation of its portfolio of British business after successfully acquiring McLaren Automotive and a non-controlling stake in McLaren Racing. The new McLaren Group Holding Ltd will now manage the combined business of McLaren Automotive and CYVN's anchor investment in the UK, Forseven. The new holding will also possess CYVN's shareholding in the racing team and the newly launched McLaren Licensing business.

With the merger, McLaren will benefit from CYVN's strategic investment in NIO, offering access to future technologies and electrification and three years of stealth mode development from Forseven. Its development operations have leveraged Gordon Murray technologies after the strategic acquisition by CYVN Holdings in 2023, accelerating engineering and light-weighting expertise.
With the vision of CYVN Holdings, McLaren Automotive's portfolio will see an extended range of vehicles in coming years, and global automotive enthusiasts can soon expect major updates from the company. The current CEO of Forseven, Nick Collins, will helm the role of CEO of McLaren Group Holdings.
Under the chairman, Jassem Mohamed Bu Ataba Al Zaabi, CYVN has a clear vision of redefining the high-performance and luxury automotive sector, setting new industry benchmarks for excellence, and transforming McLaren into a high-performing British luxury supercar manufacturer.
This is a crucial phase for McLaren as a luxury car brand. With the support of CYVN Holdings and its diverse range of businesses and strategic investments, McLaren can utilize top-notch engineering, design skills, advanced technology, and experienced leadership in mobility. All these resources will help position McLaren as a future innovation leader.
Additionally, there's a strong commitment to ensuring the long-term success of McLaren Racing. The considerable investment showcases a belief in the Racing division's potential as it builds on previous successes and engages fans globally.
Nick Collins, the CEO of McLaren Group Holdings, highlighted that, with their shareholders' backing and ambitions, McLaren has a unique chance to grow sustainably into an outstanding company. He also noted the exciting possibilities that arise from the collaboration between McLaren's existing strengths and the rapid progress made by Forseven, suggesting that they can enhance McLaren's capabilities and offerings together.
