Toyota Crown is not just a mid-size luxury sedan but a nameplate that brings innovation, sophistication, and advanced engineering specifically optimized for business executives. For the 2026 Model Year, Toyota is aiming to take this philosophy to new heights by equipping its Crown sedan with cutting-edge technology, unmatched safety features, and a bold design that ensures every drive experience reflects luxury and confidence on every journey.

At the core of the 2026 Toyota Crown is the seamless integration of streaming and connected services. With the addition of a new streaming feature, the driver has the option to separate Apple Music and Amazon Music subscriptions directly to the vehicle, making the onboard control easy to access. Toyota has further streamlined the feature with a 30-day 3GB Wi-Fi Connect trial and a 1-month Integrated Streaming trial as part of the connected service package.

Along with entertainment, Toyota has also offered a comprehensive suite of Connected Services designed for peace of mind and convenience. The Safety Connect feature comes with a 5-year trial, including critical features like Emergency Assistance Button (SOS), 24/7 Enhanced Roadside Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, and Stolen Vehicle Locator. The Service Connect also offers drivers with Vehicle Health Reports, Maintenance Alerts, and other useful statistics to keep the sedan in prime condition.
Also, each grade of Crown comes with a 1-year Remote Connect trial that includes features like Digital Key. In Platinum grade or as part of the Advanced Tech package on Limited, the Digital Key transforms a smartphone into a car key, allowing drivers to unlock doors, pop the trunk, and even start the engine with just their smartphone.
The 2026 Toyota Crown also features Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 to ensure confidence in every city or highway drive. As part of TSS 3.0, which is standard in all trims, Toyota offers the Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection that automatically detects vehicles, pedestrians, bicyclists, and motorcyclists with audible or visual warnings and automatic emergency brakes. It also gets the Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control feature that is useful in maintaining a preset distance from the vehicle ahead and even in stop-and-go traffic.
Additional safety features available in Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 include Lane Departure Warning with Steering Assist, Lane Tracing Assist, Road Sign Assist, Automatic High Beams, Proactive Driving Assist, Blind Spot Monitor, and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert.
Toyota has offered four trims of the Crown sedan, including XLE, Limited, Nightshade Edition, and Platinum. The 2026 Toyota Crown is powered by a 2.5L Toyota Hybrid System with Electronic On-Demand AWD as well as a package of heated/ventilated leather-trimmed front seats, heated rear seats, a 12.3-inch touch screen, and rides on 19-inch alloy wheels.
In the Limited trim, the Japanese automaker has offered a multibeam LED headlight setup, a fixed panoramic roof, a JBL premium audio system, and an Advanced Tech Package with features like a panoramic view monitor and a digital key. In the Nightshade Edition, there are more sportier design elements compared to the Limited trim, like dark badging, blacked-out accents, and 21-inch matte-black wheels.
The top-end Platinum trim gets a Hybrid MAX powertrain, adaptive variable suspension, advanced park assist, bi-tone paint option, and 21-inch machined alloy wheels. Advanced features like Dynamic Rear Steering and Head-up Display are also available. In every trim, Toyota has offered its in-house Audio Multimedia System and full TSS 3.0 Safety Suite as standard.
