Skoda has officially introduced its flagship Octavia RS sedan in the United Arab Emirates. The upgraded Octavia RS blends everyday practicality, comfort, sporty design, advanced technology, and more prominent performance.

The Octavia RS now features a more powerful 2.0-liter TSI turbocharged engine under the hood, producing 265 horsepower and 370 Nm of torque. With this robust powertrain option, the performance sedan can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km/h. Skoda has offered this flagship sedan in the UAE with a front-wheel drive option and a paired engine paired with a 7-speed DSG dual-clutch transmission system.
The all-new Skoda Octavia RS stands out from its regular iterations, featuring black styling accents, aggressive front and rear bumpers, sharp matrix LED headlights, and gloss-black 19-inch, premium-inch alloy wheels. The automaker has designed this vehicle to ensure an imposing appearance on the roads and offer better space and comfort with some sports-oriented styling.
The Octavia RS features sports seats with red stitching, a flat-bottom steering wheel, and carbon-look trim accents inside the cabin. There is also a 13-inch central touchscreen, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, wireless smartphone connectivity, and an electric tailgate with a virtual pedal.
A Canton premium sound system in the top-spec variants also offers an even more thrilling and enjoyable ride experience. On the safety front, Skoda has equipped this performance sedan with adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, blind spot monitoring, and park assist features.
The Skoda Octavia RS is priced from AED 142,000 in the UAE and is available with an exclusive warranty package that includes a 3-year or 45,000 km service plan and a 5-year or 150,000 km manufacturer’s warranty. There is also a free delivery facility for this upgraded version of the Skoda Octavia. Customers in the UAE can visit the nearest authorized showrooms in Dubai and Abu Dhabi to purchase this Skoda sedan.
While several flagship sporty sedans are available in the UAE, the newly launched Octavia RS will compete with the Audi A3, Honda Civic Type R, and Toyota Corolla.
