2025 Audi Q5 Debuts With New Design, Tech, & Mild Hybrid Powertrain

Audi Middle East has introduced the all-new 2025 Audi Q5 lineup across the GCC region, marking the debut of the third generation of one of its most successful SUV models. The new-generation Audi Q5 is available in two primary variants: the Q5 40 TFSI and the high-performance SQ5, both of which are offered in SUV and Sportback body styles. Audi has also tuned the design and technology features of the new Q5 to make it more stylish and stand out in the market. The model also features a mild-hybrid powertrain setup to cater to the preferences of regional customers.

2025 Audi Q5 Exterior Design

The new Q5 SUV boasts a sharper and more athletic appearance, characterized by sculpted proportions, a bolder stance, and S-Line styling. In the front, it gets digital LED lighting with customizable signatures. The rear profile features OLED taillamps, enhancing the premium stance and improving visibility.

Audi Middle East has provided customers with the option to select two exterior design lines: Advanced and S line. The SQ5, meanwhile, features its aggressive styling. Depending on the range, the new Audi Q5 is available with 19-inch to 20-inch aerodynamic alloy wheels. Additionally, eleven exterior color options are available for Q5 SUV customers.

Audi Q5 Interior Specifications

Inside the Audi Q5 is an updated digital-first cockpit architecture featuring an 11.9-inch Audi virtual cockpit and a 14.5-inch curved OLED MMI touch display. It also has an optional 10.9-inch display for the front passengers, allowing co-pilots to interact with the vehicle's navigation and media functions.

The theme of the cabin features a minimalist design with a horizontal layout, complemented by high-quality materials. Along with enhanced cabin space, the Audi Q5's boot capacity can be expanded to 1,473 liters with the rear seats folded.

Audi Q5 Safety Features

The third-generation Audi Q5 features a comprehensive suite of driver assistance systems. The standard safety features available in all Q5 trims include adaptive cruise control with a speed limiter, parking assist, lane departure warning, and drowsiness detection.

It also features optional safety enhancements, including Park Assist Plus, Active Front Assist, and Rear Turn Assist. The availability of a head-up display ensures that the necessary driving information is easily accessible to the driver.

Audi Q5 Powertrain & Performance

The 2025 Audi Q5 40 TFSI comes equipped with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine mated with Audi’s Mild-Hybrid Electric Vehicle (MHEV) system. The mild-hybrid system helps the Audi SUV minimize fuel consumption and emissions, while ensuring smooth start and stop, as well as coasting functions. All variants of the new Q5 SUV come standard with Audi’s quattro all-wheel drive system.

The new generation of Audi Q5 is available in the GCC region, including the UAE. The showroom price of the Audi Q5 40 TFSI starts from $62,058 (approx AED 227,900), while the Q5 Sportback, Audi SQ5, and SQ5 Sportback have been priced from $64,143 (approx AED 235,600), $82,058 (approx AED 301,000), and $84,143 (approx AED 309,000), respectively.
