HOF Manufaktur has set a new standard in exclusive automotive design with the debut of its HOF Collection 1 — a limited series of highly modified Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUVs. The world premiere took place at Pupil Of Fate Motors in Dubai, where three uniquely customized G-Wagens were unveiled.
Each vehicle showcases exceptional craftsmanship, engineering, and storytelling. The standout model is the HOF Sir Class, inspired by motorsport legend Lewis Hamilton, while the HOF 1955 and HOF Rebel highlight racing heritage and daring rebellion, respectively.
Unlike many tuning companies that opt for extravagant body kits and bold designs, HOF takes a more refined approach. The German brand stays true to the G-Wagen’s iconic design and performance, while adding a unique story to each vehicle. The outcome is a collection that honors legacy, motorsport, and bold innovation.

The HOF Sir Class, the most powerful and fastest G-Wagen ever made, is the flagship of the HOF Collection 1. It was first revealed on December 4th, during the 2024 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, a momentous event as it marked Lewis Hamilton’s final race with the Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 team before his highly anticipated move to Ferrari in 2025.
The HOF Sir Class pays tribute to Lewis Hamilton’s 12 remarkable years with Mercedes, celebrating the most successful driver-constructor partnership in Formula 1 history.
To celebrate Hamilton’s achievements, the HOF Sir Class features design elements that embody his exceptional journey with Mercedes.

The Sir Class exterior is heavily inspired by Mercedes-AMG F1 cars. Its custom paint showcases a striking silver-to-black gradient, honoring the Silver Arrows. Petronas blue accents on the wheels, mirrors, and footboards enhance the look. Additionally, the SUV sits 30mm lower than a standard G63 AMG, improving aerodynamics.
Inside, the F1 inspiration continues with a steering wheel design similar to that of an F1 car. Petronas blue accents extend into the cabin. The standard seats are replaced with sporty bucket seats covered in premium leather, and the headliner features an embroidered outline of Abu Dhabi’s Yas Marina Circuit, symbolizing Hamilton’s final race with Mercedes.

The HOF Sir Class excels under the hood, where the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 has been re-engineered to produce an impressive 1,063hp, making it the most powerful G-Class ever created. This achievement involved numerous performance upgrades.
With these upgrades, the Sir Class delivers extraordinary performance: it can accelerate from 0-100km/h in 3.5 seconds and reach a top speed of over 300 km/h — an incredible feat for an SUV of its kind. Subtle reminders of its power, like the number ‘1063,’ are featured on the grille, door sills, headrests, and rear end.
Only 10 units of the HOF Sir Class will be made. Despite its limited production, 45 serious buyers have already shown interest, effectively selling out the entire run, as confirmed by Ferdinand Peter, MD of HOF Manufaktur.
HOF 1955: A Tribute to Sir Stirling Moss

The HOF 1955, the second model in the HOF Collection 1, pays homage to motorsport icon Sir Stirling Moss and his historic triumph at the 1955 Mille Miglia. Driving the legendary Mercedes-Benz 300 SLR with co-driver Denis Jenkinson, Moss achieved one of the most iconic victories in motorsport history.

The HOF 1955 draws inspiration from the iconic Mercedes 300 SLR, showcasing a sleek silver exterior adorned with the legendary 722 racing number on the hood, sides, and rear. This number, representing Moss’s Mille Miglia start time (7:22 AM), stands as a lasting tribute to motorsport history and also influenced the design of the Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 Edition.
The HOF 1955 features carbon fiber accents, 24-inch forged wheels, and electric running boards, combining sophistication with modern style. Inside, the cabin stands out as one of the most luxurious in a modern SUV, with leather seats and a classic tartan fabric design that evoke the spirit of vintage race cars. The steering wheel, enhanced with wooden inlays, adds a refined touch reminiscent of classic motorsport charm.
HOF engineers have fine-tuned the engine to deliver exactly 722hp, a nod to the legendary racing number. This blend of power and historical significance makes the HOF 1955 a coveted collector’s piece. Limited to just 10 units, the model received an overwhelmingly positive response at its debut, with all units expected to sell out quickly.

Rounding out the HOF Collection 1 is the HOF Rebel — an electrified G-Wagen with a daring design and striking personality. While most electric vehicles lean towards understated elegance, the HOF Rebel breaks the mold with its bold and unapologetic aesthetic.

The HOF Rebel stands out with its bold camouflage pattern, enhanced by a carbon fiber hood and grille. Its fierce look is completed with 24-inch forged alloy wheels and distinctive H65 electrified badging.
The HOF Rebel’s cabin mirrors its bold exterior with camouflage-patterned seat inlays, carbon fiber accents on the steering wheel, and a breathtaking starlight ceiling. Practicality is enhanced by 90-degree opening doors for easier access.
While maintaining the G-Class EV’s core mechanics, the HOF Rebel features upgraded brakes for superior stopping power. Each wheel is powered by an independent electric motor, enabling advanced torque vectoring and the ability to perform a tank turn (G-Turn).
The electric powertrain generates 579hp and 1,165Nm of torque, drawing energy from a massive 116kWh battery. This setup ensures the Rebel remains a capable off-roader while embracing cutting-edge electric technology.
Limited to just 10 units, the HOF Rebel captivated audiences at its premiere. With its unique design and advanced capabilities, it has already become a sought-after collector’s item, solidifying HOF Manufaktur’s reputation for excellence.

The HOF Collection 1 by HOF Manufaktur sets a new standard for Mercedes-Benz G-Class customization. Featuring three exceptional creations—the Hamilton-inspired Sir Class, the Stirling Moss homage HOF 1955, and the electrified HOF Rebel—each masterpiece showcases HOF's remarkable craftsmanship and engineering, appealing to both enthusiasts and collectors.
The world premiere at Pupil Of Fate Motors, one of Dubai's renowned luxury car dealerships, was a major success. The vehicles are anticipated to remain on display at the dealership later in December 2024 or early 2025.
The HOF Collection 1 marks a new era in luxury and craftsmanship, reimagining the iconic Mercedes-Benz G-Class with unparalleled design and engineering. With the Sir Class honoring Lewis Hamilton, the HOF 1955 paying tribute to Stirling Moss, and the electrified Rebel breaking boundaries, HOF Manufaktur has created a lineup that blends heritage, performance, and innovation. The world premiere in Dubai solidifies HOF’s reputation as a leader in exclusive automotive artistry, captivating both purists and collectors alike.
